the air conditioning did not work well. i found myself sweating a lot in the room. also, the noise level was high at night. i could hear people coming and going all the time.

The staff was helpful. The location is near Monastiraki Square and attractions. It is safe because it is a few meters off the main street. There was no street noise I could hear from my room. They have 24-hour reception which is convenient. I stored my luggage both before check-in and after check-out without issues. The bathroom was nice.
The soundproofing was not great I could hear other guests sometimes

The location was excellent. Everything felt close. I liked the proximity to Monastiraki Square. The staff were helpful and friendly. They answered my questions. The room was clean and equipped with what I needed.
My room was very small. The window faced a wall, so not much light came in. The bathroom was also tiny. I felt a bit claustrophobic. The TV offered few international channels.

The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. I found the room spacious and super clean it had everything I needed. The hotel is near lots of cheap shops and places to eat. It also is close to the metro, Plaka, and the Acropolis.
The air conditioning did not work I felt quite hot.
